Weekend Kiteboarding Forecast Aug 25th & 26th

[embedit snippet=”autoad”]

Last Weekend:  The NW thermal came through for a classic warm summer session!  It was epic.  This past Tuesday was pretty epic too with the big north wind.

Water Temp:  The bad news.  The lake turned over from the big north wind we had on Tuesday.  However it is rebounding and the south winds this weekend and hot and humid temps next week should help.  Right now it is in the low 60’s from Holland to Muskegon and 50’s north of Muskegon.

Today:  South wind around 20 knots for Holland to LSP.  North of LSP looks like it will be side off.   Later in the day it is supposed to switch to SE for everywhere, so the earlier the better.  Chance of rain this afternoon as well.

Saturday:  The south wind continues and becomes more SW as the day goes on.  Should be in the 15 to 20 knot range.  More rain in the forecast as well especially early.

Sunday:  Light and variable winds.

Should be able to get out for a sesh with the conditions today and tomorrow.
