Weekend Kiteboarding Forecast June 3rd & 4th

Last Week:  Close.  Friday, Saturday and Sunday were right on, but Monday never picked up enough to kite.

Tally So Far:  Nailed It – 2, Close – 2, Way Off – 1

Water Temp:  Made some good progress here!  We are in the upper 50’s for the southern half of the lake, and low 50’s to the north.

Today: Light and variable wind

Saturday:  Light south wind.  Rain to come in later in the day.

Sunday:  Light west wind.

Not looking too good for kiteboarding this weekend, but with water temps climbing and it starting to feel like summer it could be a good weekend to get the SUP out for a ride on the big lake.

This is a weekly blog post of my best guess at the kiteboarding conditions for the coastline of Lake Michigan from Holland north to Pt Betsie. Subscribe to automatically receive this forecast in your inbox
