Weekend Kiteboarding Forecast June 9th & 10th

Last Weekend:  It blew pretty good all afternoon Friday and then shut off at 5pm.  Not good for the working stiffs!

Water Temp:  We went backwards a little bit in this area but it’s still not too bad.  Mid 50’s for the southern half of the lakeshore and mid 40’s for the northern half.

Today:  East wind

Saturday:  East wind.

Sunday:  Slight chance of a NNW thermal developing late afternoon.  This is probably being optimistic.

At least we’ve had some windy days this past week.  There was a crew that got out in Manistee yesterday on a north wind.  I wish that NOAA would fix the wind meter there.

Looks like a good time had by all.  Florian, Dan, Josh & Jud
