Weekend Kiteboarding Forecast Nov 16th and 17th

Last Week: Nailed it.  Saturday was great from the WSW and Sunday was really good to until mid afternoon out of the NW.

Tally So Far: Nailed It! – 14, Close – 18, Way Off – 2

Friday:  The rest of this afternoon will be just enough to ride.  Winds out of the SW at 15 to 18 knots.

Saturday:  It’s gonna be windy but SE.  Not a good direction for the MI beaches.  However, it might be possible to get some side shore wind direction just to the south of Little Sauble Point and Big Sable Point.  Winds will be 20 to 30 knots.

Sunday: This is the best day for wind with 25 to 30 knots forecast out of the SW.  However, there is also supposed to be heavy rains and potential T-storms Sunday.  That will make it difficult to get out in safe conditions.  I am going to keep my eye on this day though to get out if possible.  Supposed to be warm too!

Have a great weekend

    • Ha! Pretty much! I’d say it’s looking pretty good this afternoon from n.mkg to medberry and meinart for south side shore.
