Weekend Kiteboarding Forecast Oct 14th & 15th

Last Week:  Nailed It!  Saturday was awesome even though it didn’t quite get as windy as expected.  Still plenty though.

Tally So Far:  Nailed It – 11, Close – 12, Way Off – 1

Water Temp:  Not much change.  The entire lakes is in the mid 60’s.

Today:  SSW wind will be winding down the rest of the afternoon.

Saturday:  East to ENE wind for the entire lakeshore plus rain all day equals no kiteboarding

Sunday:  The good news is a cold front is going to pass through the area overnight and Sunday is going to be very windy!  From dawn to dusk there will be a NW wind for the entire lakeshore.  It looks like late morning could be the strongest time with 30 to 35 knots.

Here are a few photos from Frankfort last Saturday.  Really nice clean waves.  It was a great time.
